Three bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds

The first floor features three bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have two comfortable box-spring beds, while the third bedroom has one box-spring bed. There is also the option to add an extra bed for a child or baby.

Thanks to the practical layout, Oude Deel 4 can accommodate up to 7 people. This makes the apartment a great choice for a family, extended family or group looking to stay together in Boskoop.

Renovated kitchen & cosy living room

The kitchen was completely renovated at the end of 2023 and features modern amenities. It includes a dishwasher, large fridge, separate freezer with three drawers and a combination microwave oven.

The kitchen is connected to the cosy living room, where you can enjoy meals together, relax or watch the flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Spacious bathroom & additional toilet

The spacious bathroom is located on the ground floor and features a shower, toilet and two washbasins. The bathroom was renovated in April 2020.

There is also an additional toilet on the first floor. This provides extra convenience and comfort when staying in the apartment with a larger group.

Private south-facing terrace

Oude Deel 4 also has its own private south-facing terrace. There is a comfortable seating area where you can enjoy spending time outdoors in good weather.

Head out together, explore the surrounding area or simply enjoy the peace and space around the farm. Thanks to the spacious layout of the apartment, there is plenty of room to spend time together while also having a quiet place to retreat to.
